The Postnatal Journey

Join our us for this one hour class for you and your birth partner. Birth partners will learn and practice simple acupressure points that can be used during labour and delivery to help manage pain, calm the mind, and improve efficiency of labour.

If you are joining us in-person for this class, one spot is good for two people – it is very important to bring your birth partner to this class.
