Our fertility yoga classes are designed to support your reproductive health and enhance your chances of conceiving. It will help you maintain an active lifestyle, promoting healthy blood flow to your uterus and ovaries, reduce inflammation throughout your body, and ease stress.

 

Whether you are trying to conceive naturally or with assisted reproductive technologies, our classes aim to provide a supportive environment where you can reconnect with your body and become more attuned to its needs, helping you to thrive both physically and emotionally.

Prenatal Yoga

As your body undergoes significant changes, you may experience discomfort, fatigue, and stress. Our prenatal yoga classes can help alleviate these symptoms by promoting relaxation and reducing tension in your body. The gentle movements and poses also help improve circulation, reduce swelling, alleviate back pain and prepare you for childbirth.

 

From increasing the strength, and flexibility needed for childbirth, to bonding with your baby, in our class you will find a full spectrum of support tools.

Postnatal Yoga

After giving birth, some women think about exercise only in terms of how it can help with weight loss and getting them back to their pre-pregnancy body weight. But our postnatal yoga sessions are designed to do so much more than that, from strengthening abdominal and back muscles that were strained during pregnancy to helping relieve some of the stress and fatigue that comes with being a new parent.

 

Most women who give birth vaginally can start 6 weeks postpartum. If you've had a C-section, we advice starting post 12 weeks.

Our specialised sessions are designed to support couples on their path to conception by harmonising the mind, body, and spirit. Through a blend of gentle yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques, our experienced professionals support couples cultivate a deeper connection, enhance fertility, and reduce stress.

Mindfulness is defined as the awareness that arises from paying attention in the present moment. It can be very beneficial for aspiring, expecting, and new moms. Our sessions encompasses a variety of techniques from mantra recitation and guided visualisation to breath awareness helping you achieve a state of perfect relaxation in your mind, body, and heart.
